FAQ

Do you have a physical store?

"We don't have a permanent physical store, but we host occasional pop-ups around Singapore — see our upcoming pop-ups or follow us on Instagram/TikTok (@ivoryhuessg)."

What size should I order?

Our sizes run from XS to 3XL. We recommend checking the Size Guide on each product page before ordering, since sizing can vary slightly between styles.

Can I exchange or return an item if it doesn't fit?

We currently only offer refunds for damaged goods or missing parcels — email admin@ivoryhues.sg with photos, your order number, and an unboxing video. We don't offer size exchanges or change-of-mind returns, so please check the Size Guide carefully before ordering.

What fabrics do you use, and how should I care for them?

Our collections feature mul Chanderi, Kota Doria, gajji silk, Chanderi silk, semi-Tussar silk, mulmul cotton, and handblock-printed cotton — check each product's description for its specific fabric. As a general guide: silks are best dry-cleaned, cottons can usually be hand-washed or machine-washed cold, and handblock prints may release a little colour on the first wash, so we recommend washing separately.

Is Ivory Hues ethnic wear suitable for Singapore's weather?

Yes — fabrics like Kota Doria, mul Chanderi, and handblock-printed cotton are chosen specifically for being lightweight and breathable, which is why they work well in Singapore's tropical climate.

What's included in a set?

Most of our stitched sets include a kurta, pants, and dupatta — check each product's individual description, since some styles are dresses, kurtis, or co-ord sets with different pairings.

Are the colours shown accurate?

We try to photograph every piece as true to colour as possible, but screen displays vary. Check the fabric and print details in the product description for the most accurate sense of colour and pattern.

Do you ship outside Singapore?

No, we currently ship only within Singapore.

How long does delivery take?

Orders typically arrive within 1-2 business days within Singapore.

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and other major payment options at checkout.

What should I wear for Deepavali, a wedding, or Onam?

Our Partywear, Raaga, and Noor collections are designed for festive and wedding occasions, and our Onam Collection features traditional Kerala kasavu wear for Onam celebrations.
